EnvyHub Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of digital products from EnvyHub (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By making a purchase on our website or platform, you (“you,” “user,” or “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or download any products from EnvyHub.

1. Nature of Products

EnvyHub sells digital products only, including but not limited to software, templates, audio files, graphic assets, and e-books. These are intangible goods that are delivered electronically and are non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products:

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once the product has been purchased and/or delivered, whether or not it has been downloaded or used.

EU Customers:

Under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, your right of withdrawal is waived once digital content has been delivered and the download or access has begun with your consent.

By completing your purchase, you expressly agree to this waiver and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access or download begins.

3. Product Access and Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased digital product via:

  • Direct download link;

  • Email confirmation (if applicable).

Please ensure your email address and account credentials are correct before purchasing.

4. Licensing and Use

Unless otherwise stated, all digital products sold on EnvyHub are licensed, not sold, to you under a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal or commercial use, depending on the product’s license terms.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the product.

  • Share access credentials with others.

  • Modify and redistribute as your own unless the product license explicitly allows it.

Violating these terms may result in license termination and legal action.

5. Payments

All prices are listed in your selected currency and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.

We accept secure payment through third-party payment providers. By submitting your payment, you agree to their terms and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account. EnvyHub is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account.

7. Product Availability and Changes

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in pricing or descriptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnvyHub shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;

  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities;

  • Incompatibility of products with your systems or software.

  • Any decisions you or others make after using our products.

All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind unless explicitly stated. We are not financial advisors and the products on this site are not neccessarily written by qualified professionals.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of:

  • EU Customers: Your local EU member state laws and applicable consumer protections.

  • US and other Customers: The laws of the State of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in your region, unless otherwise required by law.
